Emerging Film Writer: Sunil Neure

        Sunil Neure, born on May 16, 1992, hails from Baglung, Nepal and is currently a 31-year energetic and multi talented young man who is fully devoted to the Nepali Cinema Industry. He is not just associated with the Nepali film industry, has carved a notable path in the world of cinema.

           
            In 2012, Sunil made a significant move to Kathmandu to pursue his education at Oscar International Film College. He dedicated himself to the field of direction and script writing, He successfully completed his bachelor’s degree in the faculty of Film direction in 2015.

            Sunil’s journey in the film industry commenced with his role as an assistant director and script advisor in the Nepali movie “Sambhodhon,” directed by Hem Raj BC. This experience marked the beginning of his hands-on involvement in the creation of cinematic narratives.

            In 2017, Sunil took on the role of a production manager in the Nepali movie “American Boys,” showcasing his versatility and capabilities in film production.

            Continuing his trajectory in the industry, Sunil served as an assistant director in the 2018 film “Love Station.” His dedication and skills later granted him the opportunity to work as both a writer and assistant director in the movies “Mantra” and “Lappaan Chappan.”

            Sunil has also left his mark in the realm of music videos, having directed 5 to 6 music videos over the course of his career.

In 2021, Sunil expanded his horizons by working in the Bollywood web series “Kathmandu Connection 2nd Season” as a production assistant. This experience exposed him to the broader dynamics of the entertainment industry.

            Sunil’s involvement in film making extends beyond traditional cinema, as he has worked as a director for documentary projects. This displays his commitment to diverse storytelling mediums.

Currently, Sunil is engaged in the production of the Nepali movie “Avataar” By Everest Surya Bohara where he serves as a co-writer. This project reflects his ongoing dedication to contributing creatively to the film landscape.

            Having started his journey during his college years, Sunil Neure’s cinematic endeavors continue to evolve, with a promising future ahead in the dynamic and ever-growing world of Nepali and international cinema.
